The WEYBEX Awards started in 2004 as a way to take time to recognize and celebrate achievements in business excellence. 21 years later we are planning our 11th WEYBEX Awards as the event is held every other year. Any business can be nominated in one of the awards categories.
The WEYBEX Awards are aligned with the provincial ABEX Awards presented by the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce, and a number of Weyburn businesses have gone on from the WEYBEX Awards to be honored on the provincial stage.
Nominations for WEYBEX AWARDS are open to businesses, organizations and individuals, in the City of Weyburn and the immediate area. Nominees may submit their own nomination, or a third party may submit the nomination. All nomination submissions (excluding Leadership Excellence Award) must include signed consent of the nominee.
Membership in the Weyburn Chamber of Commerce is not mandatory to participate in this awards program.
